Dean was the first person I could get in contact with in short order when I had a family emergency: my mother's house was about to be foreclosed. Everyone else had a form you filled out and you waited and waited for someone to act. Dean was available immediately over the phone-- yes, you actually get a phone number to call instead of a web form. We literally were not sure how much time we had and in fact, Dean was surprised at how fast the foreclosure attorneys were working at putting the house up for auction. Dean and his staff worked hard to sort everything out and was ceaseless in keeping everyone informed about the state of the transaction--which involved numerous complications from judgments that were years old. He offered us more than we thought we could have gotten for the house (because of its condition) in such a short timeframe during the holidays and even helped my mom out with the excess stuff in the house that she could not take with her.
